This archive is a collection of material created by Alsion Armstrong. It includes photos of vernacular buildings in the Dales - house, barns and other buildings - sketches and drawings, notes on how geology influences building and dendrochronology reports.

Kingsdale Head 2005

Ribblehead
Ribblehead Construction Camps 2007
In 2007 IAG were commissioned by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to undertake a mitigation exercise on the only known stone-building within the Ribblehead construction camps, to determine its original form and functions and to stabilise the feature for posterity.
